Vacant Land: In the past, Cambria was building at a 1% growth rate set by the county. Approximately 27 homes were built per year. In the table below you will see an "H2O" number next to the street name. In this way you could gauge how many years it will take to build a new home on this lot, for example, position #225 divided by 27 will take 8.3 years to get a building permit.  This is no longer being done, see paragraph below for more information or contact Lance Morales lancemorales@charter.net 

However, as of November 2001, the Community Services District has declared a building moratorium until a master water plan is developed and an additional water source is planned.
